I still remember my first real online program launch like it was yesterday.

At the end of 2012, I was on my couch just after Christmas getting ready to press send on my first ever sales conversion email; I ended up making a little over $13K from an 800 person list, and that was all the proof I needed that this whole online business thing was in fact a real thing.

From there, I became obsessed. I’ve since ran dozens of my own program launches and I’ve planned literally hundreds of launches for students and my clients, and I can honestly say I love planning and strategizing launches. Way more than I enjoyed planning my wedding!

Yet I hear it all the time from those in my community that they are putting their programs out into the world only to be met with crickets or at least not meeting their financial goals and enrollment goals.

Often I think this comes from a lack of understanding of what launching really is and the 4 different phases of a launch that all require your time and energy to really knock it out of the park. So in this episode I walk you through what launching actually is and share with you 5 tested tips that will maximize your sales during your launch, because who doesn’t want to impact more people and make more sales?
