Summer is finally here and we’ve been taking full advantage of the sunny, warm and hot weather. If you are anything like me you want to be outside as much as possible during our short reprieve from cold, snow and ice.Monthly-Roundup-Pinterest

The sunshine is Soul Healing… I plan on spending many days working under a tree up at my cottage by the
lake. We’ve got lots of amazing stuff coming up in July, September and October for you!

June’s Monthly RoundUp is all about summer lovin’ things – if you have something you are loving this summer please send it our way.

A Podcast I’m Loving…

Elizabeth DiAlto is a good friend of mine and is someone I turn to when I need to recalibrate my mind and body. She’s an amazing interviewer and has the kind of conversations that help to give you deep insight into who you are and who you want to be.

I know you are going to LOVE her podcast: Untame the Wild Soul.

A TED Talk Worth Watching…

Are you ready to experience a BIG mindset shift? One of the best things I ever did for myself was transform my self identity from being a Nutritionist to being an Entrepreneur. Nutrition became my tool… but I was a CEO.

One of the TEDx talks we saw in May was given by Dan Locke. The talk is called: The Invisible Force. I highly recommend you take 16 minutes to watch it. Dan explains why you have great goals but can’t seem to follow through.

An Article Worth Reading…

Creating consistent content that gets read by your ideal client isn’t easy. Often times you have a mindset block around what to write, how to write it and then how much to promote it. Sharí gives you some excellent food for thought in this article… Creating Content: Is This Mindset Holding You Back.
