And I don’t.
That’s the thing. I’ve worked really hard over the years, developing strategies and rules to help me become the person I want to be. But there’s ALWAYS work to do.
Once you have a strategy and system in place to boost your self-worth and self-confidence, you can use it daily when you find yourself in a situation where the feelings are less than desirable, like when somebody is tearing you down.
As an online health practitioner, coach or fit pro who’s building a brand and growing a business, you know what I mean, right? It’s those haters on social media, or a passive-aggressive/narcissistic family member, or an unsupportive partner — or even the demons in your mind telling you that you are not good enough.
In this episode, I’m going to share with you the actionable strategies I used to bulletproof my self-worth and build up my confidence. A confidence strong enough to show people the unsubscribe button if they don’t like that I swear in my emails, or think that my emails are too long, or I send them too often. I do what’s right for me.
Get out your pen and paper for plenty of note-taking — and you may want to have a few tissues handy, too. This is a super vulnerable episode that left me with a vulnerability hangover and may trigger plenty of emotions in you as you work to define your own Truth and bulletproof your own self-worth and self-confidence.
And when you’re able to see your Truth and ground yourself in it, then the comments, the judgment and the opinions of others don’t have the ability to wreck your self-worth and diminish your confidence (and sometimes they still will because you’re human).
