I just had to share this session with you.

Every time I dive into this topic, I gain more clarity in my own mental models, and I just LOVE that.

Today, we are talking about your mental mindset, and trust me when I tell you, there is A LOT to unpack here, so let’s dive in.

Decision-making and understanding stable decision-making models, takes practice and effort.

Understanding your own belief systems, where they came from, how they help or hinder you- takes effort.

As humans, we instinctively make decisions every single day. But when you’re leading a business, and you have a client base depending on you, and your employees are putting faith in your decision making, leading by instinct and by your own belief systems that are not necessarily helpful, it’s dangerous.

You need to start observing yourself from an outsider’s perspective because you are now responsible for so many people, (your clients and employees,) and it’s unfair of you to not take on that level of awareness and ownership over your own systems.

This episode dives into the decision-making process and how to ask yourself the right questions to better understand where your decisions come from in your business.
