Sales is the transformation – master influence and master sales because that is how you can add value in the lives of others. Free content can only provide inspiration, it cannot provide transformation.

Sterling breaks down the mindset shift all health and wellness professionals need to make – taking selling from a negative to a positive. Once you can make that switch and recognize your sales are a positive impact on the world – it opens up a new door of opportunities.
He also helps take the fear out of the dreaded word “No.” Sterling reminds us that if in business you are trying to get everyone to like you, then you are most certainly going to fail. So the sooner you get past the fear of being told No the better.
Not everyone is going to like you, and that is okay. That helps you attract your ideal clients and helps others that wouldn’t be a good fit self select.
Remember this if nothing else…. You are running a business. Businesses sell products and/or services or they won’t be in business very long. Selling is what you do.
